Returns and Replacements

We at DecorNation are committed towards providing our customers satisfactory service and brilliant products. We ensure that the products that we put for sale on our website will not be any different from your expectations or from its original description mentioned on our site. However, we understand that there will be times when you might face dissatisfaction with our business experience or the products may not be up-to your expectations. This is why we have initiated a policy for Refund or a Replacement, so as to improve any kind of unpleasant experience faced by our customers.

A For Refunds (If Applicable):

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    •  Once you have decided of returning back the purchased product to us, kindly mention so by calling on either of the contact number below

  1. When your return is received and inspected by our us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and therefore we advise you to maintain such purchase details carefully.


B For Replacements (If Applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@decornation.in and send your item to the address given below: DecorNation Pvt Ltd., Dayal Vihar, Link Road, Ratangarh - 331022 Rajasthan.
  • Once we receive the return, we shall dispatch a new piece of the same product to your address which shall be shipped in 7-10 working days.


C Shipping:

DecorNation will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for the return of your item to our warehouse through courier. Shipping costs are Refundable. Therefore, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed with your refund.



  • Kindly keep the courier receipt that carries the Tracking ID of the product that you will send back to us. It will help us in processing your Refund/Replacement conveniently and immediately.
  • Our policy lasts for only 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
