This is solid sheesham wood — not MDF, not veneer, not particle board. Frame, drawer fronts, and top surface are all solid grain sheesham. You can verify at the end grain: particle board shows uniform compressed dots; real wood shows natural grain patterns. If you receive anything different, the 10-day return applies unconditionally.
Do I need a carpenter to assemble this?
No. All holes are pre-drilled, parts are numbered, and an illustrated manual + all tools (hex keys, screws) are included. Most buyers complete assembly in 60–90 minutes solo. Support is available via WhatsApp if needed.
Will it fit in 10x12 room?
Yes. At 120cm wide and 45cm deep, it leaves approximately 2.5 feet of walkway in a standard 10×12 foot (3m × 3.6m) room. For rooms under 90 sq ft, our 90cm Lina Cabinet is a better fit.
