1. About Us
Decornation Pvt. Ltd. operates the website https://www.decornation.in. Our registered office is at Dayal Vihar, Link Road, Ratangarh, Churu District, Rajasthan, India.
2. Products & Orders
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the absolute right to discontinue any product or reject any order without prior notice.
- Images are for illustration. Actual colours, wood grains, and finishes may vary naturally.
- By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST.
- No COD: We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be 100% prepaid.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Decornation Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for pricing errors or technical glitches resulting in incorrect pricing.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Order cancellations and full refunds are permitted only within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Replacement Only: We solely offer replacements for in-transit damages or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind. For full details, please review our Return & Replacement Policy.
5. Assembly Policy
We do not provide or pay for professional assembly services. Products are designed for DIY assembly and include manuals. Telephonic or video call guidance is available upon request. Decornation Pvt. Ltd. bears no liability for damages incurred during self-assembly.
6. Maximum Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decornation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or use) arsing out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or products. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform any obligations if such failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemic lockdowns, transit disruptions).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. You expressly agree that any legal dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ratangarh, Churu District, Rajasthan, India.
