1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India. Serviceability is subject to your pincode and the reach of our designated courier partners.
2. Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Processing Time: The processing time (the time from order creation to dispatch) varies significantly depending on the specific product. The buyer must explicitly inquire about the processing time for their desired product before placing an order.
Delivery Time: The timeframes listed below apply strictly after the product has been dispatched from our facility.

Liability Waiver: Delivery timelines are strictly estimates. Decornation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable or responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier partners, logistical constraints, public holidays, or unforeseen force majeure events. Delays in shipping or processing do not entitle the customer to order cancellation or refunds.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply to select products or thresholds as indicated on the product pages.
4. Payment Terms
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid securely via our available online payment gateways (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

6. Receiving Your Delivery
Please inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. For internal in-transit damages, you must notify info [at] decornation.in within 48 hours for a replacement claim in accordance with our Replacement Policy
