We ship smaller, lighter items via courier services(e.g. DTDC, Fed Ex, or XpressBees). Heavy and bulky items are shipped using surface cargo services (Rivigo, SafeXpress, DTDC GEC, Spoton) and will take a longer time to deliver. You'll receive a notification as soon as we ship your order. Products are usually delivered within 10-20 business days after they are dispatched. Business days do not include weekends. Delivery may be delayed by factors such as changes in inventory, carrier's load connection, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, and inclement weather.
