Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Decornation Pvt. Ltd. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation & Refunds
We do not offer any refunds after an order has entered production.
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Post-24 Hours: After 24 hours, the order goes into production and we are strictly unable to cancel or refund the order under any circumstances.
2. Replacement Policy (No Returns/Refunds)
Due to the bulky and heavy nature of furniture, we operate on a strictly Replacement Only policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, spatial misfit, or incorrect ordering.
Replacements are exclusively offered for:
- Products that sustain in-transit damage
- Products with proven manufacturing defects
3. How to Claim a Replacement
- Email us at info [at] decornation.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order Number, a description of the defect/damage, and mandatory clear photographs/unboxing video of the issue.
- Our team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or full unit at our sole discretion.
4. Assembly & Installation
We do not pay for or provide any professional assembly service.
- Many of our products come with a detailed assembly manual for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) installation.
- If you require assistance, our team is available to guide you step-by-step over a video call or phone call.
- Liability Waiver: Decornation Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any damage to the product, property, or person occurring during self-assembly. Products damaged during self-assembly are strictly ineligible for replacement.
