While our products are crafted with meticulous care and precision, we acknowledge that concerns about warranties can arise. Therefore, we are proud to introduce our Lifetime Limited Warranty that applies exclusively to our solid wood products, offering you added peace of mind. Please note that our warranty coverage does not extend to our home décor selections, such as pillows, throws, rugs, poufs, wall decor, and lighting fixtures.

Coverage Scope
Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the foundational elements of your furniture, which are integral to its long-lasting quality. This includes wood frames, bases, and legs. We are committed to standing by the durability of our solid wood products and are pleased to provide coverage against termite and borer-related issues.
Our Promise
Should any termite or borer issue arise in your solid wood furniture, we assure you of a swift and efficient resolution. Our promise extends to either providing repair services at standard rates or offering an alternative solution if the issue cannot be repaired. This reflects our dedication to maintaining the integrity of your valued pieces.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Non-Solid Wood Products
This warranty applies solely to solid wood products. Any product utilizing manufactured wood, engineered wood, MDF, or substitutes of wood is not eligible for coverage.
Wood Knot Crack
Natural variations like wood knot cracks are not covered under this warranty, as they are inherent characteristics of wood and add to its unique charm.
Wood Split / Joint Issues
Changes in wood due to climate, such as moist/dry conditions, or weather-related issues leading to wood split or joint problems are not covered.
Accidental Damages
This warranty does not cover damages that occur accidentally or due to prolonged usage, including those resulting from buyer usage, spills, falls, or impacts.
Torn and Stained Fabric / Upholstery
Warranty coverage does not extend to torn or stained fabric or upholstery resulting from regular product use.
Wood Pattern / Grain Variation
Natural variations in wood patterns or grains, compared to the online product representation, are not grounds for warranty claims.
Stain / Polish / Varnish / Finish Variation:
Minor differences in stain, polish, varnish, finish, or color compared to the online product presentation are not covered.
Size Difference
Due to material availability and the type of wood used, size differences ranging from 2mm to 2 inches may occur. Such variations are not eligible for warranty claims.
